For kids: This website is here for you to meet the Idols and see the collection. Please enjoy it, but do not copy our pictures, music or characters to use as your own. If you are not sure about something, ask a grown-up.
1. Who we are
This website is run by CoBlend Studio, a studio of Studio casa stagioni SA, Stradon 70, 6653 Verscio, Switzerland. Kreative Idols is a new creative expression under J’adore, backed by Hape Group. Full details are in the Imprint.
2. What this website is
kreativeidols.com is a catalogue and brand website. It shows the Kreative Idols characters, their stories and music, and the products in the collection. Nothing can be bought on this website, and nothing on it is an offer to sell.
3. Using the website
You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not:
break or try to break the security of the website,
use bots, scrapers or other automatic tools to copy content without our written permission,
use the website in any way that breaks the law or harms others.
4. Children and parents
The website is made for children aged 6 to 13. We ask parents and guardians to look at the website with younger children and to explain these terms to them.
5. Our characters, names and content
The Kreative Idols name and logo, the Idols (their names, looks and personalities), and the music, videos, pictures, illustrations and texts on this website belong to Studio casa stagioni SA, a company of the Hape Group. They are protected by trademark, copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You may look at and share links to our pages. You may not copy, change, sell or use our content, characters or logo for any other purpose (for example on products, in apps or in videos for commercial use) without written permission. Rights that the law gives you without our permission, such as private use or quotation, are not affected.

6. Product information
We try to show the products accurately. Pictures may differ slightly from the real products, and products shown may not be available in all countries or at all times. Product safety information, age grading and warnings are on the product packaging. Please always read them before use.
7. Links to other websites
We link to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify and other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their rules. Most of these platforms are only for users aged 13 and over.
8. Liability
We provide the website as it is and cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We are liable without limit for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by the use of this website. Your rights under mandatory consumer protection law are not affected.
9. Changes
We may change these terms when the website changes. The version shown on this page applies.
10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Studio casa stagioni SA in Switzerland, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to a court in your own country.
